Resale information is required and must be either faxed or e mailed to our office prior to shipment. All prices are wholesale US dollar.

Ordering:
Minimum opening order amount is $150.00 of any mix of our products.
Minimum re-order amount is $100.00.
Backorders under $25.00 will be automatically cancelled.
Shipping:
All shipments are FOB Brea, California USA. Actual shipping charges will be added to your invoice. We use UPS Ground unless otherwise noted. Our shipments are sent out with in 5-7 business days.
Re-sale information for new customers must be forwarded prior to shipment by fax (714) 777-7881 or e-mail to services@lissomdesign.com
Payment and Terms:
All initial orders are Credit Card Only. The prepayment may be on Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. Terms can be set up upon request with a submitted credit sheet. Existing customers can choose the "Bill Me" selection in the payment area of Check Out to be invoiced.
Returns:
Claims dealing with shipping errors or damaged goods must be made within 10 days of receiving shipment. Authorization is required for the return of any items. Credit will not be given for products returned to us without prior approval.
Take advantage of our season specials which are limited time offers, while supplies last. Pricing is based on current pricing at time an order is placed and can not be adjusted for previous orders.
